Game Pass Ultimate takes both of those and bundles them together along with PC Game Pass (which could come in handy if you also have a reasonably specced PC), EA Play (their version of Game Pass), and cloud gaming for $15/month. Even if you don't play on PC, Game Pass Ultimate is by far the best value, and absolutely worth the subscription price.

When you do this, anyone signed into your xbox, can use your subscriptions, using any profile. In regards to sharing game pass ultimate on PC, unfortunately this feature isn’t supported or possible, at least as far as I know.
