It just started about 2 hours ago, so whenever I turn on my laptop it just stuck on the ASUS Logo with spinning circle under itI still can access the BIOS, but dont know what to do about it
1) Disable Hibernation. 2) Delete the hiberfil.sys file. 3) Reboot the computer and run 'Disk Cleanup.' 4) Defragment the drive. 5) Reboot one more time.
Solution 4: Fix Windows Stuck on Restarting with and without Recovery Disk. To fix without recovery disk, do the following: Reboot your computer into Safe Mode by pressing F8 multiple times. If this does not work, force-restart the computer five times. Go to "System Restore" from "Advanced Options".
Open Windows Task Scheduler and click on the folder "Task Scheduler Library" and then find a task named "ASUS Optimization 36D18D69AFC3" (or a similar name). Right-click on the task and click "disable". It's still alive. Open Windows Services and find a service called "Asus Optimization".
